Adult Content Disclaimer

1. Age requirement

By continuing past the age notice you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that adult material is lawful in your jurisdiction. The confirmation is stored in your browser so the notice is not repeated on every page.

The confirmation is a declaration by you, not a verification of you. Partner platforms run their own checks, which may be stricter.

2. Everyone depicted is an adult

Every character named, described or depicted on this site is fictional, AI-generated and depicted as an adult over 18. Terms suggesting minors are not used to describe characters, and any submission or partner listing using them is refused.

3. Nothing here is a real person

Characters do not represent real individuals. They are not likenesses, they are not deepfakes and they are not intended to resemble any specific person. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

4. What this site contains

• Written descriptions of adult AI companion features, including adult-tuned conversation.
• Illustrative graphics and, where available, portrait imagery of fictional characters.
• Links to partner platforms where the adult experience itself takes place.

5. What this site does not contain

• Explicit sexual imagery on the pages themselves.
• Any depiction of minors, non-consensual acts, or content presented as involving real identifiable people.
• Live conversation, user accounts or user-generated content of any kind.

6. Local law is your responsibility

Adult content is regulated differently around the world and is unlawful in some places. You are responsible for knowing the rules where you are and for leaving if this material is not permitted there.

7. Workplaces and shared devices

Pages here are safe-for-work in the sense that they contain no explicit imagery, but the subject matter is adult. Consider where you are reading, and note that partner platforms will not be safe for work.

8. Parental controls

If minors have access to your device, use the parental controls built into your operating system and browser, or a filtering tool such as those provided by your network operator. This site is labelled so that filtering software can classify it correctly.

9. Fiction is not a relationship substitute

An AI companion is entertainment. It does not consent, it does not have needs, and it is not a replacement for human relationships or for professional support. If use of these services is displacing sleep, work or people you care about, that is worth taking seriously.

10. Spending

Adult services frequently use credit systems and subscriptions. Set a budget before you start, check what renews automatically, and cancel through the platform itself rather than assuming that deleting an app ends a subscription.

11. Reporting a problem

Anything that appears unlawful, non-consensual or involving minors should be reported to hello@character18ai.actor immediately with "URGENT" in the subject line. Such reports are handled ahead of all other correspondence.

12. Leaving

If you are under 18, or if adult content is unlawful where you are, or if you simply do not want to see it, close this tab now. No further confirmation is required.
